Mexican Fire Opal parcels

Hiya. I had two small parcels one over 20 gm, one over 10 gm that are over a Troy Oz total. I could fill vials for shows or sell them as auctions by the piece. EBAY, ESTY or the easy way, sans a lot of photos & effort OR use almost as much effort to offer them here and then share that to OpalholicsAnonymous…where EHver that dont expire as bought. I can edit. Email me any questions; returns would be on you. Sold wet NO PROMISE of stability, Scale platform is 2.9 x 2.5 inches. $60US or the larger gemmier parcel for $200US. Tax numbers accepted. First email wanting them gets them. Message me thru contact – gets the win. Free domestic shipping & insurance, I cant replace this stock. I do have some other.

Half are precious somewhere or contra luz at least. These are the sorted from the Jars I had bought in the past as the bright sand. 20 gm gem parcel one & a 10 gm halfway gemmy fire opal. They are small but some have brilliant play of color others just fire opal. I would guess they have NEVER been dried. They may change, BUT I would bet on change from my experience with other jars. Treat it as its raw wet rough. Dry it gently, NOT in an oven, but not returnable after you take it out of water.

The small sides pulled in grains and smooth small nodules seem to do the least do the least crazing from here. Cracks are a size & time thing when dealing with mineraloids, crazing or opacity changing is usually at the first good water loss after being mined. Not as much goes electric when dried.

This is the 20 gm parcel of all gem.

The twenty gm gem parcel. See how little color shows. I mean you can see the fire opal hue well, but not the flash in them all. The piece by the TARE button on the scale is 2gms; matrix with opal area showing. And the peachy piece eye is down.

This is the gem parcel. Small stones with play of color in Mexican Fire Opal.

You have to look at opal in hand to appreciate it. I just cant physically do the shows hours and standing anymore by myself anymore. Thats also where Leah & I used to find the deals out table sniffin’.

I have mining claims I cant climb to also which Start at 2,000. The valley is waiting for the new generation of miners to continue our traditions. I live here in Denio to show them. My main gig was doing Opal Seminar Tours for $200 using the claims to demonstrate on teaching prospecting then being hired as a consultant after sales also. 30 years of it. I know where the logs were laid & what smells. I never came here to make a fortune & leave. I like it looking pristine with mainly digging by hand cause you cant find opal fast.

As a precaution, if you think you might want to watch again or read, download my content off here, Youtube, Rumble should be safe but I hardly put anything there yet. Then if something happens to me, like my Facebook existence was removed, or the internet access goes away more likely. https://www.youtube.com/@whatatimewaster and more recent uploads https://www.youtube.com/@ResortDog and Rumble should be there too https://rumble.com/account/content?type=all

One good solar flare & it’s the dark ages again. That or a cold induced earthquake from the power plant they are putting in next door; on the deep long fault through Nevada & Oregon past the Steens Mtn. Dutchsinse on Youtube goes into how all the drilling & fracking is connected to more earthquakes, besides just monitoring the planet and advising us. https://www.youtube.com/@dutchsinse

Painting on UV wood flakes. She also did some nice ones on leaf print plates. The ugly sides now look better and what they were collected for originally before the Value Added, was still visible.

That and I think Im not being “socially accepted” in certain circles due to political attack. https://www.youtube.com/@Suspicious0bservers

Whatatimewaster & ResortDog may not be around much longer if the fact checkers don’t like what I say and I might add, I’m not leaving any treasure maps or diaries behind me for what is where and how deep. If its not bought, my knowledge stays in the ground too. I still plan on keeping the appointments that have been arranged.

My solar cross Leah had made for me has been worn with a linen cord around where the bail used to be at the cornerupine at the bottom. The boulder & Mexican opals are at the bottom corners, the cats eye on top goes side to side. I did wrap it at a different angle for a year or so to highlight the broad flash across the opal and wood. I went back to the original direction Leah made, off a crop circle we got to be in, Klamath Falls, Or. Now the whole solar thing has a different manifestation.
The other pendant I wear on occasion. A black opal bead from Leah’s mine, treated. Tell me it cant be uses as jewellery; chortle, snort
